To include your organizations certificate information in QSU Publishing Company's databases, two types of data submissions are required: certificate submissions and a registrar profile.
QSU Publishing will accept ISO 9000, ISO 14001, QS-9000, ISO/TS 16949, ISO 13485, TL 9000, AS9100/9000, OHSAS 18001, TE Supplement and EN46001 certification information either by e-mail or fax for inclusion in the Worldwide Certified Company Directories (WCCDs), WhosRegistered.com and the Registration Achievers section of our journals Quality Systems Update (QSU) and Environmental Systems Update (ESU). Monthly updates of newly issued certifications are recommended (See "Submitting Data for the Worldwide Certified Company Directories and WhosRegistered" for more information).

Please note: Separate submissions must be made for QS-9000 certificates that are to appear in the Worldwide Sanctioned QS-9000 Database, which is available at WhosRegistered.com/qs-9000 and on the QS-9000 Worldwide Certified Company Directory CD-ROM. For more information about these specific requirements, please read below under "Submitting Data for the Worldwide Sanctioned QS-9000 Database."

Submitting Data for the Registered Company Directories and WhosRegistered

To e-mail your certification information to QSU Publishing, right mouse click here and save this Microsoft Excel spreadsheet on your computer. This spreadsheet contains detailed information on how the data is to be formatted. Complete the saved spreadsheet and e-mail it to submissions@qsuonline.com.

While e-mailed spreadsheet submissions are preferred, certification information can be faxed to QSU Publishing. Simply right mouse click here and save our Faxed Certificates form to your computer. For each certificate you wish to fax to QSU Publishing, you must fill out this Microsoft Word document, print it and fax it to 703-359-8462.

After processing both e-mailed and faxed submissions, QSU Publishing Company will send an e-mail notification of the receipt of the data to the certification body's provided e-mail address. If any submissions contain errors (for example, missing required fields), an automatically generated error report will be e-mailed to the certification body's provided contact e-mail address and the erroneous data will not be added to QSU Publishing Company's databases until it is corrected.

Submitting Data for the Worldwide Sanctioned QS-9000 Database

The Supplier Quality Requirements Task Force (SQRTF) has named QSU Publishing Company as the official home of the Worldwide Sanctioned QS-9000 Database. Under our agreement with the SQRTF, the official QS-9000 database must operate as a separate entity from QSU Publishing Company's other databases. Therefore, any QS-9000 data that a certification body wants to appear on the QS-9000 Worldwide Certified Company Directory CD-ROM or the WhosRegistered.com/qs-9000 web site must be submitted according to the SQRTF's policies, please click here to visit www.WhosRegistered.com/qs-9000, where you can view updates to the QS-9000 submission policy or click here for more detailed instructions on submitting to the QS-9000 database.

QS-9000 certification information intended for the Worldwide Sanctioned QS-9000 Database should be faxed to QSU Publishing Company, but must be submitted on a special QS-9000 submission form. Simply right mouse click here and save the Faxed Certificates form to your computer. For each certificate you wish to fax to QSU Publishing, you must fill out this Microsoft Word document, print it and fax it with a copy of the original certificate to 703-359-8462.

Please note: Information in the Worldwide Sanctioned QS-9000 Database is not used for the QSU Publishing Big Ten lists, the ISO 9000 and ISO 14001 RCDs or the Registration Achievers section in our journals. If you would like your QS-9000 data to show up in these outlets, please be sure to also submit your QS-9000 data via the methods described under "Submitting Data for the Registered Company Directories and WhosRegistered.com."

A Registrar Profile of each accreditation body is featured on all three of our Worldwide Certified Company Directories. By filling out a Registrar Profile, QSU Publishing also has the proper contact information used to list your organization on our online registrar contact web page (click here to view) and in our Registration Achievers sections of our monthly journals, Quality Systems Update and Environmental Systems Update.
